Wedding Makeup for a White Dress and Red Roses

The wedding day is one of the best days in a bride's life and she tries her level best to look perfect with no flaws. Everything from her attire to make up is new and the happiness from inside adds more to her charm. Every bride tries number of things in order to look beautiful on this big day and she has no space for any mistake, especially when it comes to make up. Make up has to be perfect and one can just not afford to make a mistake. And if your wedding dress is white in color with a red rose bouquet then you have to be extra careful, as you do not have much color choices to play with.

Here is how you can do wedding make up for a white dress in combination with red roses:

There can be two things, one is outdoor wedding and second is indoor wedding. The make up needs to be done accordingly as the colors used would be different for both indoor as well as outdoor reception. And the skin tone of the bride is also kept in mind. If your wedding is going to be an outdoor affair say at some beach or resort then you shall go for an all-natural look.

Do not use layers of foundation and concelaer in the sun as they would be very harsh and would also make you look overdone.

Use lightweight products and instead go for a good bronzer that has loads of shimmer in it. Use light and earthy colors for eye make up like sea green, ocean blue, pearl and pink palates and for eyeliner, black is the best since the dress is white.

Mascara has to be a waterproof one as weather can be humid outdoors.

Highlight the cheekbones with pink and orange shades, but in light quantity. For lips, one can always go for soft red or mauve. Red and mauve both will compliment your red roses and apply a gloss for the finishing look.

For an indoor wedding you need not necessarily make much changes. But yes you can of course go for a smoky eye effect when getting married indoors. Apply thick eyeliner and shades can stay the same as in outdoor weddings. For cheeks, peach and pinks are again the best option since the attire is white colored.

Keep your lip color soft if your have given a smoky effect to your eyes or else use a good dark red matte finish lip color.
