Eyebrow Waxing
Eyebrow waxing is only as difficult as you make it. If you have never waxed your eyebrows before, then there are a number of different things that you should know about. These eyebrow waxing tips will help ensure that your eyebrows look their best after you have waxed them.
Eyebrow waxing Tips
Never Wax Above the Eyebrow
The main reason that you will want to avoid waxing above the eyebrow is because you should always wax in the direction that hair grows in. Not only may you end up messing your eyebrows up if you wax in the opposite direction, but you will also not get the most natural looking eyebrows. The best thing to do is avoid waxing above the eyebrow.
Only Use a Small Amount of Wax
When you use the spatula to apply wax to your eyebrow, it is important to make sure that you only use a minimal amount. If you use a lot, there is a good chance that it may drip. You don't want any of the hot wax to drip in or around your eyes, so it is important to be careful when you do wax your eyebrows.
Pluck Any Remaining Eyebrow Hairs
As you will read on the back of most DIY eyebrow waxing kits, you shouldn't reapply the wax if you have any remaining hairs. If you do have any eyebrow hairs leftover after you have waxed, it is a good idea to pluck them. Keep in mind that you may not want to pluck them right away, as your skin will probably be a little bit sensitive from waxing.
