Homemade Acne Remedy
Lemon Juice for acne cure : Mix equal quantities of lemon juice with rose water. Apply the lotion on the face. Leave it to dry for some time and wash it well using fresh water. This is an excellent remedy which helps cure acne, pimples and reduces blemishes and scars.
Take garlic capsules, they boost the immune system and kill the bacteria found in acne.
Cucumber leaves or grated pieces. Apply to area for acne cure.
Take a few pods of garlic and crush them fine. Add a few drops of honey and add some curd to make a paste. Apply gently only on the pimples. Let it dry, and then wash gently without scrubbing. Regular use helps dry the pimples faster and healing is much quicker. Be careful to use this paste only on the pimples.
Avoid lotions that contain topical anesthetic medications because you can become sensitized and then allergic to that medicine. Greasy cosmetic such as Vaseline, cold cream, cocoa butter and Vitamin E oil should also be avoided if you have acne or pimples.
Cucumber remedy: Blend cucumber and make a paste. Apply this as a mask on your face and leave it for 1/2 hour and then rinse. This refreshes your skin and prevents acne .

An infusion of lady's mantle herb is an excellent soothing and healing face rinse.
Aloe Vera - Aloe Vera Juice works fast in acne treatment. Use it as an ointment on acne. For acne scars, use aloe vera juice at the time of day and night.
Apple Cider Vinegar/Lemon Juice - It removes excess oil from the facial skin and thus helps in reducing acne.

Sunflower acne face scrub: Take one teaspoon of sunflower oil, yolk of one egg and 1 teaspoon of brewer's yeast. Mix all the ingredients well. Apply it on face for 20 minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water.
Peach face scrub for acne: Take 2 tablespoons of peach pulp, 2 tablespoons of milk powder, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients and apply them on face. Wash it off after 15 minutes with lukewarm water.
Almond acne remedy mask: Take 4 almonds, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of orange juice and 1 vitamin A capsule.
Soak the almonds in water and grind them with milk. Add orange juice to it. Add contents of vitamin A capsule and add it to the mixture. Apply the mask all over the face except under eyes area. Wait until dry and wash it off with cold water.
