Losing weight is considered to be one of the most difficult tasks to accomplish.  The connection with food and human kind is a science all on its’  own.  However food is essential for daily survival, yet some people use to choose the wrong combinations of food as a form of comfort to help them de-stress.  It takes a lot of time and dedication, strength and will power to lose weight.  It is easy to become frustrated when you are not getting the weight loss results that you desire.  The best way to reach your weight loss goals, is to outline a specific plan targeted to your weight loss mission.  And then follow the plan until you reach your goals.   It is easy to become obsessed with losing weight in a quick manner.  However  the most successful regimen weight loss takes time and proper planning. 

One must understand that they need to set obtainable goals, before looking at the big picture. So as a guide you can tell yourself that you want to lose 50 pounds in 5 months.  So instead of focusing on the overall 50 pounds.  Think about your monthly goals, say you are going to lose 10 pounds each month until your weight loss target is reached.  The end result will be a great one, and you will feel proud of yourself for sticking to your goal.   And after you can reward yourself with that new red dress or indulge in a big bowl of chocolate fudge ice cream that you have been missing!
