Sensitive Skin Care, Homemade natural recipes for sensitive skin

Sensitive skin can be easily irritated. Typical reactions to sensitive skin includes itching, burning, chafing and stinging. It feels very dry after a wash and occasionally break out in spots or pimples. According to U.K. researchers, 51% of women and 38% of men had sensitive skin.

Essential oils for sensitive skin:

  • Rose
  • Chamomile
  • Sandalwood
  • Lavender
  • Neroli

Use only natural Moisturizer on sensitive skin that contains Honey, rose water, aloevera and jojoba oil.

EXFOLIATORS for Sensitive skin

grapefruit and oatmeal: add 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal to the juice of a grapefruit. Mix to thick paste. Spread on face and leave on 15 minutes, remove with warm water.

Homemade Face Pack Recipe for sensitive skin
