Nasal Cleaning Technique
Roll the corner of a thin washcloth and put it into one nostril to wash your nose. Do it several time
on both nostril.
Also you use saline solution and rubber nasal syringe to remove mucus. Boil two cups of water and let it be cool. Now add one teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in the water. Use this solution for cleaning your nose. |
